coachme fpl — help & contact

Need a hand? Most questions are answered below. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us a message and we’ll get back to you by email.

Frequently asked questions

Your team ID is the number in your FPL URL. Log in at fantasy.premierleague.com, open Points or My Team, and look at the address bar — it reads like fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1234567/event/1. The number after /entry/ is your team ID. You can add or update it any time from the Profile page.

Your squad is imported from FPL automatically after each deadline, and Revert to FPL squad on your dashboard pulls it again. FPL keeps transfers private until the deadline, so one you’ve just made on FPL won’t show here until then; record it in the meantime with Made a transfer on FPL? Record it on your dashboard. If you see “The FPL site is updating,” that’s normal right after a deadline or during live gameweeks — your team appears automatically once FPL is back. If you get “Could not find this FPL team,” double-check your team ID on the Profile page. And if you’ve just played a Free Hit, your real team resyncs the following gameweek.

coachme can send web-push reminders — things like a nudge before the deadline and a gameweek debrief. You’ll be asked to allow notifications the first time you enable them. In the Notifications section of the Profile page you can choose which reminders you get and how far ahead of the deadline. To stop them entirely, turn off notifications for coachme in your browser or device settings.

If you can sign in, go to Profile → Delete account to remove your account and everything associated with it immediately. If you can’t sign in, use our account deletion page to request it — no login required.

Once you’re signed in, everything about your account — your name, FPL team ID and notification preferences — lives on the Profile page.

A new membership can take a moment to activate after payment. Wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If you subscribed in the coachme iOS app, open Pricing in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still looks locked, send us a message below from the email you signed up with and tell us roughly when you paid, and we’ll sort it out.

It depends on where you subscribed. On our website: sign in, open Pricing and choose Manage Subscription to cancel in the billing portal. A monthly plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep your plan until then. A Season Pass bought on our website is billed once and doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel. In the iOS app: your subscription is billed by Apple, so cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We can’t cancel an App Store subscription for you, and deleting your coachme account doesn’t cancel it.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are refunded by Apple through your Apple ID — we can’t refund App Store purchases for you. For purchases on our website: if you’re a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@fplcoachme.com with a clear statement that you want to withdraw. Because you get access straight away, you lose that right once the service has been fully supplied. Outside that, we don’t refund partial billing periods, but if you were charged in error or the service was unavailable for a meaningful period, email us and we’ll sort it out. Section 9 of our Terms has the details.

If you subscribed in the coachme iOS app and your plan isn’t showing — on a new iPhone, say, or after reinstalling — sign in to coachme, open Pricing in the app and tap Restore Purchases. It checks your Apple ID for an active coachme subscription and tells you which plan it restored.
