1. Service description

CoachMe is an AI-powered Fantasy Premier League assistant that provides player predictions, captain recommendations, and transfer suggestions. All predictions and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute guarantees of FPL performance.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Each person may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use CoachMe only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our service.
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with our API or infrastructure.
  • Redistribute our predictions or content without permission.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. FPL data

CoachMe accesses publicly available data from the Fantasy Premier League API to provide its services. CoachMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, the Football Association, or Fantasy Premier League in any way.

5. Intellectual property

All predictions, analyses, blog content, and other materials generated by CoachMe are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent, except for personal use or sharing via our built-in share features.

6. Disclaimers

  • Predictions are generated by machine learning models and are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee any specific FPL results.
  • Our recommendations are not financial or betting advice. Any decisions you make based on our predictions are your own responsibility.
  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

8. Free and paid tiers

CoachMe offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers. Features available in each tier may change over time. Pro is a recurring subscription that can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of CoachMe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
